Looking for Female Flatmate from February 2014 in CALAMVALE, Queensland for sale

Hi,
I will be moving to Calamvale around mid to late January 2014 and will be renting a townhouse in the area.
I am looking for a non-drinker,non-smoker, straight female to rent one bedroom from late January 2014.
Looking for someone who is clean,tidy, friendly and respectful.
Rent guidelines: $240- $250 per week( includes electricity)
Will need to pay 1 month's rental bond and 2 week's advance rent before moving: $960- $1000( rental bond range) ; $480- $500(2 week's advance rent range)
Responsibilities
1. Clean and tidy your own bedroom, toilet and bathroom.
2. Washing and drying your dishes and laundry.
3. Buying your own grocery.
4. Sharing cleaning of common areas such as lounge, kitchen, hallway, entrance via weekly rotation.
5. Sharing of garbage disposal via weekly rotation.
6. Cooking or arranging your own meals.
