Replacement housemate wanted in CALAMVALE, Queensland for sale

I'm moving out of a share house in Calamvale and require someone to replace me on the lease before I leave.
Consideration is subect to approval by the two existing housemates and the real estate.
The two current housemates are good. Very friendly, but generally keep to themselves.
The price is $135/wk.
This gives one room and one parking space in a locked garage, with enough room for a second car in the driveway.
Bills are currently split evenly between the house, but if you want to change that: That's between you and them.
Internet is currrently connected with ADSL2+, contract ends 12 Oct.
While the house is currently furnished: Much of the furnature in the living area and crockery in the kitchen are mine. To ease the moving process: I'm quite willing to part with most of it very cheaply simply so I don't have to take it with me.
